ConocoPhillips Corporation is a pioneer company that delivers energy to the world, the company mainly works to return maximum value to the shareholders, while the knowledge and resources are to empower the community and the employees.

It is an American multinational corporation that is ranked as the fifth most important large corporation and it is one of the six “supermajor” vertically integrated oil companies. The company was created because of the merge Conoco Inc. and the Phillip Petroleum Company.

Conoco Inc, Company was founded in 1875 under the name of Continental Oil and Transportation Company. It used to produce and distribute coal, oil, kerosene, grease and candle. It has purchased some assets of Continental Oil Company. However, there was a merger between Philips and Conoco, which contributed to the naming of ConocoPhillips in 1996 and each of the merging entities conserved its operations.
