CC Media Holdings is a media and entertainment company that provides two different types of services: outdoor advertising and radio broadcasting. The company, which was founded in 1972, has its headquarters in San Antonio, Texas.

CC Media Holdings is the parent of the Clear Channel Communications Company. It has two subsidiaries; they both present excellent opportunities for advertising. They are:

• Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings is one of the world’s most important outdoor advertising companies. It provides all types of out-of-home advertising displays as well as advertising in malls, airports or other places with a large influx of people. Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings is present in about 45 countries.
• Clear Channel Communications is a major TV and radio company in the USA. It is the owner of more than 850 stations which serve around 150 cities in the country. It also represents over 2,600 radio stations and 400 TV stations not only in the USA but also in Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zeeland. These stations have more than 110 million listeners per week; for this reason, other companies prefer them to promote their products because it is a perfect tool to increase the number of consumers.
