ALCATEL-LUCENT is a global multinational company that was founded on April 2, 2006 as a result of the merger of Alcatel of France and Lucent Technologies of the United States. Its headquarters is in 3 av. Octave Gréard 75007 Paris; this company is managed by the Chief Executive Officer Ben Verwaayen.
